1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning our software development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Payment Policy — No Refunds

All payments for development services are final. Once work has commenced on your project, we do not offer refunds. Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the respective milestone is completed and delivered.

3. Client Responsibility & Usage

You are fully responsible for how you use the developed software. We are not responsible for:

• Any bans, suspensions, or restrictions from third-party platforms
• Legal compliance in your jurisdiction
• Misuse or violation of third-party terms of service
• Any consequences resulting from the deployment or use of the software

Clients must ensure their use case complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If the developed software integrates with third-party APIs, platforms, or services, any issues with those external services must be addressed directly with their providers. We only provide support for the code and functionality we develop.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of developed software, including but not limited to:

• System damage or instability
• Data loss or corruption
• Performance issues
• Security vulnerabilities discovered post-delivery
• Financial losses or business interruption

Software is provided "as-is" after final delivery and acceptance.

6. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is provided as agreed in the project scope. Additional support, maintenance, or feature requests beyond the original scope require separate agreements and payment. We do not provide unlimited free support after project completion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
